Job Positions & Salaries

Pastry Cook / Baker: You will consistently and efficiently prepare and cook the True Food Kitchen recipes to the highest quality.

Prerequisite: 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.

Takeout Specialist: You will provide quality and efficient assistance, know the difference between service and hospitality, and they get a kick out of making other people’s days brighter, happier, and healthier! You will be taking, placing, and preparing guests to-go orders. You will interact with customers both in-person and on the phone.

Prerequisite: None.

Executive Sous Chef: As the leader of the kitchen, you will innovate, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel and solve problems.

­Prerequisite: 3 years of being the key ingredient of a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
