Positions & Salaries
Barista: You will sell and serve products to customers in a courteous and friendly manner. You will prepare all hot and cold drinks and handle them safely. You will verbally receive and call back customer orders in a friendly manner. You will report all customer complaints to the management. You will operate the cash register.
Shift Supervisor: You will assist in creating sales volume growth and supervising a profitable store. You will safely handle all hot and cold drinks or food items during drink preparation. You will respond to prevent and resolve customer service situations.
Prerequisite: 1 year of retail experience.
Assistant General Manager: You will assist the General Manager in creating sales volume growth. You will be responsible for planning and the execution of sales promotions. You will maintain efficient and friendly standards within the store.
Prerequisite: Driver’s license. 1 year of retail experience.
General Manager: You will ensure adequate training of employees and great customer service at the store. You will ensure that all company drink recipes and procedures are followed by the Baristas.
Prerequisite: Driver’s license. 3 years of retail experience.
