Job Positions & Salaries

Barback: You will stock the bar with ice and product and maintain throughout the shift and help bartenders with requests. You will cut fruit and handle garbage. You will wash, sterilize, polish and sterilize glassware. You will maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including tables, counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.

Prerequisite: 1 year of fine dining and fast-paced experience.

Broiler Cook: You will open and check the station, ensuring a totally set station for service. You will cook all meats to the desired degrees, as requested by guests. You should communicate with the butcher as you work.

Prerequisite: 2 years of experience.

Food Runner: You will ensure that all beverage is prepared to maintain the quality standards consistently at all times. You will prepare mise-en-place for the expediter line. You should possess full menu knowledge and deliver it to guests effectively.
