Job Descriptions
Merchandiser: You will be a field support representative, sharing your love for Redbox products with the customers every day. You will maintain an assigned merchandising route with your personal vehicle, and collect movies from machines at assigned Redbox kiosks. You will do repetitive loading and unloading operations throughout the day. You should also keep the Redbox kiosks in your assigned area clean and in proper working order.
Prerequisite: 1 year of experience in a customer-facing position. 1 year of computer experience. 1 year of merchandising or field operations experience.
Technician: You will be repairing machines and equipment. You will ensure kiosks are running properly. By using a company vehicle, you will install, repair and maintain Redbox kiosks in your territory. You will also perform merchandising at these kiosks.
Prerequisite: High school diploma or GED. 2 years of electrical or mechanical equipment repair, troubleshooting, maintenance and computer operations experience. 1 year of work experience in a customer-facing position.
