Job Positions & Salaries

Store Associate: You will provide prompt, efficient, and courteous guest service, follow company policies and procedures, and sell products to individuals in a high-volume convenience store outlet. You will also be responsible for the cleanliness of the store and the organization of the products at the store.

Prerequisite: None.

Shift Manager: You will support the Store Manager in overseeing the operations and sales of a high-volume convenience store retail outlet. You will provide associates with the necessary supervision and leadership on designated shifts.

Prerequisite: None.

Co Manager: You will be one step above the Shift Manager, as you will also be responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations and sales of a high-volume convenience store retail outlet. You will supervise the employee team. In addition, you will drive profitability, develop people, and ensure the highest level of guest service.

Prerequisite: Previous management experience preferred.

General Manager: ­­­­­­You will be ultimately responsible for the profitability of your convenience store retail outlet. You will lead and oversee the development of up to 20 employees at your store.
