Job Positions & Salaries
Barista / Team Member: You will engage with customers, informing them about the products and promoting them. You will prepare the top-quality handcrafted coffees, teas and beverages that are served by Peet’s Coffee & Tea.
Retail Shift Lead: You will be responsible for inventory control, daily operations and merchandising, with a focus on providing superior customer service. You will contribute to the store’s overall service and operations.
Retail Management: You will ensure top-quality customer service at your Peet’s location. You will build a strong, motivated and superiorly trained store team. You will also be responsible for the financial well-being of your Peet’s location. You will monitor inventory, review financial reports, determine sales opportunities and identify cost control gaps.
