Microtel Inn & Suites is a franchise hotel network with 343 sites with almost 25,000 beds. It is located in Argentina, Canada, Mexico, the Philippines and the USA. The first Microtel location launched in 1989 and started operations in Rochester, New York. Today, there are more than three hundred franchises worldwide. U.S. Franchise Services, Inc., holders of the Microtel Inn & Suites and Hawthorn Suites products, was acquired by the Wyndham Hotel Company on July 21, 2008.

Job Positions & Salaries
Front Desk Agent: You will have to assist the guest regardless of whether inquiries concern in-hotel or off-premises attractions, facilities, services, or activities. You should know how to provide concise and accurate directions.
Guest Services Manager: You will be responsible for the daily operations of the Front Office, including personnel, budget performance and financial controls.
Houseperson/Maintenance: You will perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping the breakfast area, garbage removal, putting weekly orders away. Additional tasks such as minor painting may be demanded from time to time.
