Job Positions & Salaries
Pizza Crew Member: You will perform multiple tasks within Marco’s Pizza stores, from dough stretching to saucing and cheesing. You will be responsible for the cuttable, and even the cash registers and phones, where you will directly interact with guests. You will be expected to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and provide great guest service at all times.
Delivery Driver: You will deliver the food to the homes of the customers in a timely manner. Your first priority should be road safety, as you will be expected to drive safely, defensively, and courteous. You will earn between $11-$15/hour.
Prerequisite: 18 years of age. Driver’s license. 2 years of safe driving history.
Assistant Manager: You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, supervising the crew and the work stations. You will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of Marco’s Pizza policies and procedures for each job position, and the restaurant business in general. You will be trained to learn everything a manager does.
