Job Positions & Salaries
Housekeeper: You will mostly perform your work in guests’ rooms. You will make beds, perform dusting, sweeping and mopping. You will clean bathrooms and organize guests’ rooms.
Front Desk Associate: You will review arrivals noting special requests and block rooms as needed. You will perform check-in and check-out operations. You will answer all phone calls and deliver your knowledge to the person on the other side of the phone efficiently. You will be expected to be in a confident, professional and friendly manner.
Groundskeeper: You will provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service, through the consistent practice and delivery of customer service to all guests. You will keep equipment storage areas in a clean and orderly manner. You will maintain multiple areas of the hotel. You will plant, transplant or remove flowers, shrubs, and decorative grasses.
Prerequisite: Driver’s license.
Breakfast Host: You will provide personalized breakfast service to all guests. You will take inventory of food, beverages and supplies each day. You will prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee and juices from concentrates. You will set up serving dishes and related products. You will prepare and set up hot food items, and follow menu requirements as provided by the brand.
