Job Positions & Salaries
Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant: You will be responsible for engaging customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections; presenting merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits; offering extended service plans and financing options; and meeting individual and team sales goals. You should provide a superior experience to the customers.
Assistant Store Manager: You will assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members’ standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training & evaluation; and also recruiting & selection of team members.
Store Manager: You will aim to maximize the sales and performance of all Team Members. You will lead by example. You should cultivate and maintain productive relationships at all levels, making certain there is an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation.
Kay Jewelers Interview
