Job Positions & Salaries
Food Service Agent: You will ensure that Greyhound customers have a pleasant dining experience. You will greet guests cordially and take their orders. You will cook or heat simple foods, prepare daily food items, accept payments from customers, and clean the kitchen & dining areas.
Ticket Agent: You will provide scheduling, routing, transfer and current fare information to customers. You will prepare accurate travel documents for the customers, and accept their payments. You will attach ID tags to each baggage and direct the passengers to correct gates or areas.
Fleet Maintenance Diesel Technician: You will provide quality preventive maintenance and repairs on over-the-road buses specifically with diesel engines and coach related components. You will diagnose vehicle systems and repair them.
Prerequisite: High school diploma. 2 years of hands-on experience in diesel engine and/or heavy vehicle maintenance, diagnosis and repair.
Baggage Agent: You will ensure that passenger luggage is loaded and unloaded in a timely, accurate and safe manner. You will maintain the order in the baggage area and treat all baggage with the necessary care.
CDL Bus Driver: You will drive the buses, by providing the opportunity for Greyhound passengers with safety, dignity, and convenience during the bus ride. You can start your work after completing Greyhound’s driver training program.
Prerequisite: 22 years of age. Pass a DOT physical. Driver’s license.
