Positions & Salaries
Customer Service Technician: You will repair the computers of the customers. You need to be able to troubleshoot possible damages and operate a wide range of electronics tools.
Prerequisite: CompTIA A+ Certification. Proficiency in operating Apple and Windows systems.
Customer Service Associate: You will interact with the customers by greeting them and answering their questions about the products at the store. If you are good at understanding the needs of the customers, you can make in point suggestions to the customers and increase the sales of your Fry’s store.
