Job Positions & Salaries

Restaurant Associate: You will greet the guests of Cafe Express, and take their orders accurately. You need to have knowledge about the menu, enough to answer guests’ possible questions in detail. When the food is ready, you will serve food to the guests swiftly. You should perform regular cleaning at your restaurant area of interest.

Prerequisite: None.

Shift Leader: You will oversee the Restaurant Associates as they provide exceptional guest service in the restaurant. You should provide advisory support to them when you think there is a need. In addition, you should be able to perform all Restaurant Associate tasks.

Associate Manager: You will help the General Manager in executing the business plans at the restaurant. You will keep inventory levels and food safety in check, while providing a great environment at the restaurant for guests and employees.
