Positions & Salaries
Executive Chef: You will oversee the preparation of all the meals for the passengers. You will taste all the products produced to assess their quality. You will set-up, maintain, and break down stations according to FDA Standards.
Prerequisite: 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a full-service resort, hotel or cruise ship.
Housekeeper: You will provide daily guest stateroom service and housekeeping. You will be expected to give each guest their own finest experience.
Prerequisite: High school diploma.
Deckhand: You will work alongside the Captains and Mates to help keep the ship operating smoothly and safely. You will be interacting with guests multiple times each day. You will also work with other hotel crew members to ensure that the best customer service is provided to the guests.
