Job Positions & Salaries
Warehouse Specialist: You will work as either Order Filler, Stocker, Receiver or Loader. You will be expected to demonstrate quality work performance and support stores by meeting productivity goals.
Prerequisite: 18 years of age.
Commercial Underwriter: You will provide assistance in the overall underwriting of the Ace Hardware Insurance Program, including the prequalification of new business, validating renewal exposures, risk qualifications, and pricing.
Prerequisite: BA/BS degree in Business or Insurance with at least three years of Property/Casualty insurance underwriting experience, OR 5 years of Property/Casualty underwriting experience and an AU or CPCU insurance designation. Strong Excel and Word skills.
Driver: You will drive trucks from the warehouse to Ace Hardware stores and help to keep the shelves stocked at the stores. You should drive paying attention to professionalism, reliability, and safety.
Prerequisite: CDL Class A.
Customer Care Agent: You will answer phone calls and e-mails. You will also be responsible for other interactions with guests. You will identify the contact’s issues and questions, and aim to provide potential solutions and answers.
Prerequisite: 2 years of customer service experience OR 2-year degree in a related field + 1 year of customer service experience.
