Interview
The interview process at Torrid is straightforward and not so different than the interviews at other fashion retail chains. The interview will be held in the backroom of a Torrid store. The reason you choose Torrid, the things you can add to Torrid during employment, the performance you expect from yourself without much supervision, your employment history, and the rate of pay that you expect from Torrid will be asked. The interview takes slightly over 10 minutes. If the interviewer will like your responses to the interview questions, they will offer you a job on-site and ask you to tell your available days and hours.
