Positions & Salaries
Sales Associate: You will provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty. You will also operate cash registers and assist in the organization of the stockroom. You should provide a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop.
Prerequisite: High school diploma or GED.
Keyholder: You will provide support and assistance to the store management team through performing daily store opening and closing operations while providing an amazing shopping experience for the customers.
Prerequisite: Previous experience in specialty/apparel retail management. High school diploma or GED.
Assistant Manager: You will create a team environment at your Torrid store that fosters inclusivity and positive connections. You will assist in the processes of recruiting, performance management, employee training, and development.
Prerequisite: 6 months of experience in specialty/apparel retail management. High school diploma or GED.
Store Manager: You will create a perfect store environment for the customers, and of course to the employees at the store. You will ensure that your store achieves company objectives. You will recruit, develop and train Sales Associates and higher-level employees.
Prerequisite: 1 year of experience in specialty/apparel retail management. High school diploma or GED.
