Hours of Operation: Monday-Thursday 11:30am-10:00pm, Friday 11:30-11:00pm, Saturday 5:00am-11:00pm, Sunday 4:00am-9:00pm
Job Positions & Salaries
Host: You will engage in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion. You will introduce them to their server. You will mage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations. You will always sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
Prerequisite: Undefined.
Saute / Broiler Cook: In the kitchen, you will prepare high-quality food items to order for the guests. You will coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table. You should follow the recipe and presentation guidelines, and ensure proper food safety & sanitation. You will be expected to meet special guest requests occasionally.
Prerequisite: None.
Sous Chef: You will support the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary professionals that deliver high-quality, great-tasting food; proper food safety and sanitation procedures and profitability. You will ensure that all menu items are executed with excellence. Overall, you will contribute to building top-line sales and guest count through the delivery of a competitively superior team member and guest experience.
Prerequisite: Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant.
