Job Positions & Salaries
Restaurant Server: You will oversee the day to day operation of first-class customer service and food service in the restaurant. You will be responsible for properly receiving food orders and conveying food orders to the kitchen staff. Prompt food delivery to the customers is an important duty as well as keeping the cleanliness of the assigned serving section.
Restaurant Cook: You will oversee the day to day operation of the grill and food prep in the restaurant. You will be responsible for proper food preparation, handling, and storage. You should know the menu, the daily features when applicable and be sure they are cooked and presented correctly.
Shift Manager: You will oversee the day to day management of each shift in the restaurant. You will be responsible for delegating tasks, supervising restaurant staff, and problem-solving on the job. You should ensure that each customer is completely satisfied during their visit. Customer satisfaction will be your number one priority as a Shift Manager.
