Sales Associate: You will model sales and service excellence, creating a culture where you will focus on the need of the customers. You will be expected to willingly assist customers. You will also ensure merchandise is well-organized in the back room and replenished on the sales floor according to visual guidelines.

Client Specialist: You will be responsible for creating and fostering a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences. You will build relationships with the customers in order to promote Talbots and achieve sales goals.

Assistant Sales Manager: You will partner with the Manager to lead the employee team in creating a hospitable environment for customers and associates alike. You will be the role model for the team for creating exceptional customer experiences. You will drive the business forward within your store.
