Customer Service Representative: You will provide customer service role troubleshooting and resolving customer technical cable and video service issues, including repair, billing, and accounts. You will be expected to use patience and effective communication skills to uncover customer needs, answer questions, and leave a positive impression on customer interactions.
Prerequisite: High School Diploma or GED.
Field Technician: You will install and service a range of Spectrum products. You will develop pole climbing and ladder skills safely and effectively after being trained by the company.
