Job Positions & Salaries

Sales Associate: You will be responsible for following the product and shop operations in accordance with See’s guidelines and corporate philosophy in the areas of sales goal achievement, customer service, cost control, visual merchandising, policy compliance and safety. You will earn $13.00/hour.

Prerequisite: None.

Team Lead: You will be responsible for on-site management of a single retail shop, ensuring that staff, product and shop operations are handled in accordance with See’s guidelines and corporate philosophy in the areas of sales goal achievement, customer service, cost control, visual merchandising, policy compliance and safety. You will earn $13.00/hour. You will earn $13.00/hour.

Prerequisite: 3 years of retail management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

Shop Manager: You will be responsible for on-site management of a single retail shop, ensuring that staff, product and shop operations are handled in accordance with See’s guidelines and corporate philosophy in the areas of sales goal achievement, customer service, cost control, visual merchandising, policy compliance and safety.
