Job Positions & Salaries
Cook/Cashier/Drive-Thru Associate: You will perform entry-level employee tasks and provide a great dining experience to each Roy Rogers guest. You will perform repetitive tasks and may carry heavy weights depending on your job position. You will clean your area periodically during work.
Crew Leader: You will assist the Restaurant Managers in the restaurant with daily shift functions. You will oversee the staff, ensure inventory control, proper equipment and supplies, quality customer service and compliance with all food and beverage regulations.
Prerequisite: High school diploma or GED. Driver’s license.
Assistant Restaurant Manager: You will manage the general operations at your Roy Rogers location. You should oversee the Team in the restaurant and ensure that quality customer service is achieved at the restaurant. You should represent the company standards of Roy Rogers Restaurants at your best.
Prerequisite: 2 years of management experience. High school diploma or GED.
