Gallery Client Services Associate: You will support the Gallery Team by providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. Once they enter the store, you will greet and welcome them, and present the RH products and offerings by delivering them your extensive product knowledge.
Gallery Curating Associate: You will uphold the visual integrity of the Gallery, by creating a luxury environment at RH. Luxury is an essential component or the RH brand. You will assist in maintaining inventory integrity, and provide a first-class environment to the employees and clients in the store.
Prerequisite: 2 years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or hospitality business.
Gallery Facilities Associate: You will execute quality maintenance and housekeeping initiatives for the RH Gallery. You will ensure all maintenance needs are met at the store, according to the high standards of RH.
Prerequisite: Experience in maintenance and facilities.
Gallery Housekeeping Support Associate: You will support the Gallery team in all aspects. You will vacuum floors, tidy up rooms, gather trash, restock pantries and perform any additional duties as assigned.
Gallery Support Associate: You will ensure a luxury experience for the clients by assisting the Gallery team in all client-related issues. You will pack all ship-outs in an appropriate manner and ensure that all of them are sent within 24 hours of purchase.
Prerequisite: 2 years of experience in a similar role.
