Job Positions & Salaries
Server: You will smile at the guests as they enter Red Robin and guide them while they order and eat their food. You will seat the guests at a clean and properly set table. You are supported to make menu suggestions. You will then take their orders and serve them food and drinks.
Host/Hostess: You will greet the guests as they enter Red Robin. You will be representing the restaurant. You will book reservations and open&close certain sections of the restaurant according to the present needs.
Line Cook: You will cook Red Robin-style food. You will fry and cook meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads and other ingredients. You should pay maximum attention to food safety and the cleanliness of the kitchen.
Dishwasher: You will wash the dishes. Adhere to the safe food handling and cleanliness rules of Red Robin. You will also take out trash and perform sweeping.
Bartender: You will prepare cocktails by mixing drinks. You will take inventory at the bar and restock inventory when needed. Once you master the Red Robin recipe book, you can start your job as a bartender.
Prerequisite: 21 years of age.
