Job Positions & Salaries
Pizza Apprentice/Professional: You will provide outstanding guest service to all Pizza Patrón guests and co-workers. You will prepare and bake pizzas and aim to maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.

Hourly Shift Manager: You will act as the liaison between Pizza Professionals and the General Manager in managing franchised or corporately owned Pizza Patrón restaurants. You should have an eye for consistent food quality and a clean and spotless restaurant. You will earn $11/hour.

Assistant Store Manager: You will act as the liaison between Pizza Professionals and the General Manager in managing and marketing franchised or corporately owned Pizza Patrón restaurants. Management roles at Pizza Patrón are different from other restaurants. For example, the Management team leads the crew members from a “%100 hands-on” position within the kitchen area of the restaurant. You will earn between $30,000-$40,000/year.
Prerequisite: Driver’s license.
General Manager: You will manage and market franchised or corporately owned Pizza Patron restaurants, either personally or through assigned Manager(s). You will set monthly inventory and team meetings. You should train, motivate and work with your team in order to reach first-class guest service at the restaurant.
Prerequisite: 1 year of restaurant management experience. Driver’s license.
