Pinkberry Job Positions & Salaries
Team Member / Cashier: You will operate all cash and card transactions. You will answer any customer inquiries, and use your knowledge of store layout and product content to give directions as needed. You will assist customers with bagging and carrying products as needed. Needless to say, you should maintain a clean work environment, keeping the register clear for incoming customers.
Shift Manager / Key Holder: You will perform all Team Member duties, except that you will be responsible for overseeing Team Members during work. You will regularly coach them and direct them. You should be a role model for them. You will earn slightly higher than a Team Member.
General Manager: You will oversee all aspects of the store. You will monitor sales and expenses. You should keep your Pinkberry location attractive for passersby so that it would always be full. You will hire and train new employees. You should create a positive, supporting workplace for the employees.
