Sales Associate: You will be responsible for a set of daily store operations, which include delivering exceptional customer service through personal contact with customers, answering the telephone and ringing on the register, processing balloon orders, assisting in receiving and stocking procedures, unloading merchandise from trucks, checking in shipments, merchandising operations on the sales floor, maintaining the cleanliness of the store areas, and ensuring proper labeling and signing. No previous education or job experience is required, but applicants should know that they will usually be physically active during their work hours.
Store Supervisor: You will direct the efficiency of employees at your store under the supervision of the General Manager. Your goal will be to maintain efficient high-quality customer service and to achieve retail sales targets through a well-trained and motivated team of employees at your store. You should adhere to all Party City policies and procedures as a Supervisor. In addition, you will hire and train new employees, and also program their schedules. You have to keep the financial stability of the store in check. You will earn, depending on your managerial position, between $25,000-$70,000 per year.
Prerequisite: High school diploma. 18 years of age.
