PacSun partnered with a high school and created a program that helps young people who have no job experience gain skills and experiences.  The program assists students with disabilities to become self-sufficient employees, starting at age 14 until they leave the program at age 21. The students learn job skills so they can transition to the workplace after graduation. Some students go to college, and about four graduates each year are hired by the participating business they worked for during the program.

Job Positions & Salaries

Sales Associate: You will generate sales by exhibiting a passion for products, brands, fashion and trends. You should establish good relations with all customers. You will execute assigned initiatives and tasks as well.

Prerequisite: None.

Sales Lead: You will drive results at stores by developing a team of Sales Associates. You will demonstrate passion and be a role model for Sales Associates as you will inspire them to work at their best.

Prerequisite: High school diploma or equivalent. 18 years of age.

Store Manager: You will be the key to success at a PacSun store. You will aim to inspire and motivate all employees at your store. You will set business goals and contact Regional Managers at times.­­­­­­

Prerequisite: 2 years of apparel retail experience.

PacSun Interview Process and Interview Questions

Most applicants walk into the PacSun store and talk to the manager, telling them that they want to start working at the store because this increases the chance to make them set an interview. The date of the interview is a few days after the application. Once you show up in the interview, they will ask your availability, stores you enter the most, your favorite brands, your spirit animal, etc. Also, traditional interview questions such as your skills and qualifications are asked.
