Mr. Sub Associate – Team Member
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including opening duties, handling the cash register, preparing bread, baking bread and cookies, stocking the fridge with vegetables, meat and drinks, taking customers’ orders, preparing sandwiches, serving hot beverages and donuts, and cleaning the work areas.
Food Service Supervisor
You will be leading the entry-level employee team (between 5 to 10 employees) at a Mr. Sub location. You should also be a great role model for them. In addition, you will be expected to address customers’ complaints or concerns, train staff in job duties, handle sanitation and safety procedures, prepare budget and cost estimates, establish methods to meet work schedules, and hire food service staff.
