Positions & Salaries
Host: You will greet the guests of Mimi’s Bistro + Bakery as they enter the location and engage in a friendly conversation while showing their seats. You will inform guests of the new menu items, current specials and promotions. You will manage the restaurant waiting list during busy hours. When some guests finish their meals and leave, you will project them a sincere attitude and invite them to return in the future.
Server: You will take orders of the guests and guide them during they choose the perfect items for themselves. You will then serve food and beverage, and clean the tables regularly as needed. You will make the largest impact on guest satisfaction levels.
Prerequisite: 18 years of age.
Dishwasher: In the kitchen, you will wash and sanitize dishware and cooking equipment. You will load, run and unload the dish machine. You should make sure that there is no residue or debris on any items after you take them from the dish machine.
Prerequisite: 18 years of age.
Assistant Manager: You will be expected to create a positive and productive work environment within the Mimi’s Bistro + Bakery location. You should develop positive relations with the employees, customers and business partners. You will be also responsible for financial operations.
Prerequisite: High school diploma or equivalent. 21 years of age.
