Job Positions & Salaries
Host: You will be expected to always greet the guest with a smile as soon as they enter the restaurant. In addition, you should answer all phone calls within 3 rings using the proper phone answering procedures.

Server: You will take orders and serve food and beverages to guests at tables in the restaurant. You should always be aware of guest satisfaction and thus deliver the perfect service. You should ensure the high quality of food and beverages to guests.

Bartender: You will mix drinks for guests, directly or through service staff. You should acknowledge guests immediately and provide an enjoyable bar experience for every guest. You should also ensure that hot food is hot and cold food is cold.

Interview
The interview process includes two parts. The first part is a group interview where they ask you general questions about yourself, your previous jobs, your availability and your experience with guest service you have had in the past. They may also give you some scenarios and ask how would you handle this kind of situation. If you perform well then you will be called back for the second part. This may take one or two weeks. They will ask you to bring your documents and fill in some documents. You may then be watched an orientation video about the company’s policy for guest services.
