Positions & Salaries
Sales Associate: You will be the face of the Hallmark brand to customers. You will engage with shoppers to help them find and build the perfect card and gift solutions.
Sales Leader: You will coach and supervise the Sales Associates at your Hallmark store. By providing leadership, you will create a caring team at the store. You must be able to perform any Sales Associate tasks when there is a need.
Prerequisite: 18 years of age. 1 year of retail, sales or customer service experience.
Senior Product Designer: You will develop a culture of design thinking and user-informed product strategy.
Prerequisite: Bachelor’s degree in design. 5 years of experience in designing complex products for mobile and desktop devices.
Store Manager: You will manage the store and your team to deliver on sales, customer service goals and store standards. You will set business goals and try to exceed them. You should make your Hallmark store earn loyalty by the customers to the future success of your store.
Prerequisite: High school diploma or GED. 1 year of retail experience.
