Job Positions & Salaries
Sales Associate: You will demonstrate customer service and selling skills, and do the cashier’s job sometimes. You will create a welcoming environment for the customers and you need to be knowledgeable in all merchandise that is being sold at the BevMo! store.
Prerequisite: None.
Morning Stocker: You will work part-time, as you will help stocking and recovery in the morning. You will earn $15/hour.
Prerequisite: None.
Assistant Store Manager: You will motivate and inspire the employee team to keep the store productivity at the highest. You will assist the Store Manager by being on the field and providing strong leadership to the employee team.
Prerequisite: 1 year of retail store management experience.
Store Manager: You will be responsible for all operations in your BevMo! store. You will have to provide a basis for a welcoming environment for the customers, while keeping the employee team happy and motivated. You will coach the team and give them feedback periodically. You will also monitor stock levels and check whether your store is meeting the sales goals or not.
Prerequisite: 3 years of retail store management experience.
