FYE (For Your Entertainment) is an American retail store chain, which is specialized in electronic devices. It was founded in 1993 in Trumbull, Connecticut. There are 200 FYE stores in the United States at the moment. Since 2020, FYE has had a new parent company.

Sales Associate
The sales associate position at FYE may be a good starting point for your retail career. Your main duty will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service. You will also follow the loss prevention guidelines of the company and be a good team player. You may have to assist your colleagues, especially during busy hours. Besides providing customer service, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the store and keeping the shelves and aisles organized.

Interview
FYE interview processes are quite casual, and you do not have to worry about anything at all. The company will call you and invite you to one of their stores. This in-person interview will be held by the manager of that store. Depending on the personality of the manager, the difficulty level of your interview may vary.
However, even in the worst case, you can easily complete your interview. They usually ask questions about yourself to get to know you better and your working ethics. If your interview will be successful, they will call you back in a few days and ask about your availability.

FYE employees can buy store items at a 10%, 20% or 30% discount, depending on the item. In addition, a flexible schedule is provided mostly to part-time employees and paid vacation is provided to managers. There is also sick leave at FYE.
