Job Positions & Salaries
Dishwasher: You will be expected to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout their assigned area of responsibility. You will set up, operate and clean all kitchen machinery/equipment properly and safely and store it in its proper place. You will clean and sanitize food service, preparation ware, dish room, pot room and kitchen areas in restaurants where applicable.
Prerequisite: Valid Driver’s License. 18 years of age.
Host/Hostess: You will deliver a friendly greeting upon guests’ arrival, promptly seating the guests, and bidding them farewell and inviting them back upon their departure. You will have to pull out guests’ chairs and tables to make it easier for the guests to sit down. When needed, you will answer calls promptly and politely.
Prerequisite: Valid Driver’s License. 18 years of age. 1 year of related experience.
Bartender: You will welcome guests, accurately taking all food and beverage orders, and making sure they are delivered in a timely manner to the guests’ satisfaction. You should provide guests with accurate and thorough information regarding menu items, pricing, and allergen information. You will have to take and enter orders into the POS system promptly and accurately.
Prerequisite: Valid Driver’s License. 21 years of age. 2 years of related experience. Experience with POS systems. Strong beer and spirits knowledge.
