Job Positions & Salaries
Crew Member: You will interact with the guests to create an exceptional experience. You will complete guest orders at the register. You will be expected to suggestively upsell. You will clean, sweep and mop floors. Occasionally, you will have to answer phone calls and provide directions, take catering orders, and messages.
Line Server: You will smile and greet every guest, then serve food according to portion size. You should follow food safety procedures. You will earn about $9/hour.
Shift Leader: You will motivate team members to provide excellent guest experiences. You should learn the duties and responsibilities of each job position because you will lead, train and coach team members through their daily routines. You will be responsible for all opening and/or closing duties.
Prerequisite: 1 year of shift management experience in the restaurant industry, or exceptional leadership experience in a service industry.
