Patient Care Technician: This is an entry-level job position for job seekers who want to enter the health care industry. You will join a holistic team of care professionals – including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other experienced PCTs – to care for patients at the DaVita center. Rather than being a job, this position is about giving life and having a career based on passion and purpose.
Prerequisite: High school diploma or equivalent. You will get comprehensive training once you are hired.
Registered Nurse: You will be looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Prerequisite: Registered Nurse (RN) license. Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
Dialysis Change Nurse: You will oversee all aspects of the operation of the clinic such as supervising direct patient care, performing patient assessments, developing and administering dialysis plans, analyzing patient data, administering medications, fluid therapy/blood products, and other treatments per physician orders.
Prerequisite: Registered Nurse (RN) license. CPR certification. 12 months of registered nursing experience. 3 months of dialysis experience. Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by Clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed FA/GFA.
