The hotel chain of the Radisson Hotel company (alias Carlson Hotels) is Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, previously Country Inns & Suites by Carlson & Country Inns by Carlson. In 1986, it was created as an “upper class” brand by the former owner of Carlson Hotels, Carlson Businesses. Radisson Hotels, a sister brand, has been listed as a high-end full-service chain. The brand, country kitchen chain restaurant, was owned also by Carlson Companies at the time. The chain was renamed “Country Inn and Suites by Radisson” in January 2018, two years after Carlson sold Carlson – Rezidor to the HNA Company.

Job Positions & Salaries

Front Desk Agent: You will check-in customers using computer programs and equipment and provide guests with directions to their room. You will inform customers of all on-site amenities and any relevant information that is needed to use them. When needed, you will be expected to handle and resolve guest complaints.

Housekeeper: You will have to thoroughly and correctly clean and set up guest rooms. You will clean the lobby, restrooms, corridors, elevators and stairways. You will have to sweep and scrub floors, replace light bulbs and report any maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areas of the hotel.

Night Auditor: You will conduct all steps in the property management night audit system to close the current business day and open the new business day.
