Sales Associate: You will take the initiative to ensure that customers are given the very best customer service. You will perform various operational store tasks according to the direction of the Store Manager.
Store Key Holder: You will be responsible for ensuring the management team’s direction is executed at all times within the store. You will ensure Sales Associates’ attendance, productivity and morale. You will provide support, direction and assistance to your team in all areas of their assigned duties.
Assistant Store Manager: You will assist in the development of the store team and seek out opportunities to drive sales. You will be a role model for your team, delivering the highest standards of store presentation and customer service.
Prerequisite: Experience in supervising a team at a retail store.
Store Manager: You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store driving your team to meet sales targets and operational goals. You will motivate your team to reach their potential to achieve personal and business objectives while maintaining a world-class customer experience. Also, you should be a master in visual merchandising as lots of new products arrive in the stores each day.
Prerequisite: Experience in retail store management or experience as an Assistant Store Manager.
