Positions & Salaries
Baker: In the night, you will prepare the delicious Bruegger’s bagels. You will be responsible for all baking processes and taking inventory. You will need to get up at 2am.
Prerequisite: 18 years of age.
Team Member: You will greet guests, take their orders and payment, prepare amazing coffee and deliver them to customers, either accompanied by bagels or not.
Shift Leader: You will train and lead the Team Members. You should maintain and promote a consistent and superior guest experience at the store.
Prerequisite: 18 years of age. 1 year of restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
Assistant Manager: You will assisting the General Manager in coaching, developing and leading the Team Members, and also in monitoring inventory and food costs. You will ensure the delivery of fast and friendly service of high-quality products at your Bruegger’s location.
Prerequisite: 18 years of age.
General Manager: You will be overseeing all aspects of your Bruegger’s location. Your goals will be growing store sales and delivering a fast and friendly service of high-quality Bruegger’s products. You will ensure that the restaurant environment is clean and safe for everyone, both the Team Members and the guests.
Prerequisite: 1 year of management experience. Experience with sales building, profit & loss statements, recruiting and training. High school diploma or equivalent. Driver’s license. 18 years of age.
