Job Positions & Salaries
Baker: You will bake and/or produce all bakery and specialty products such as bagels, bread or pastries. You will then inspect finished bakery products.
Prerequisite: 6 months of baking experience.
Bakery Clerk: You will package, stock, display and merchandise all bakery goods according to company standards. You will use bread slicers.
Cashier: You will collect cash from customers. You will package and handle customers’ groceries. You will offer and/or assist customers with carry out service. You will also collect shopping carts from different areas of the store periodically.
Meat Clerk: You will satisfy customer requests by obtaining items from behind the Meat Department counters. You will set up displays and stock shelves, coolers, counter, bins, tables, freezers, containers, or trays with new merchandise.
Produce Clerk: You will wash, cut, peel, wrap and prepare fruit for stocking. You will provide the necessary information to customers when asked.
Grocery Clerk: You will stock shelves, dairy case and other areas of the department. You will fill customer orders by obtaining items from areas such as shelves. You will rotate stock to assure high quality, fresh merchandise at all times.
Wine Clerk: You will assure proper displaying and selling of all Liquor products to customers and advises customers on the quality of the wine, method of handling, and other factors affecting the product.
