Job Positions & Salaries
Sales Associate: You will build and maintain relationships with your clients at Bloomingdale’s. You will be expected to demonstrate knowledge of store products and services and use this knowledge to build sales. You should commit to building customer relationships and brand loyalty through personal interaction.
Prerequisite: None.
Merchandiser Associate: You will execute and complete daily activities including merchandise presentation and non-sell projects. You will place new products focusing on creative concepts, company directives and best practices for sizing, presentation and fixture placement.
Prerequisite: High school diploma or equivalent.
Scheduling and Staffing Specialist: You will edit and release schedules on a weekly basis. You will balance store scheduled hours to the budget to reduce expenses. You should enter schedule requests and run reports on a weekly basis.
Prerequisite: Bachelor’s degree.
