Job Positions & Salaries
Broiler Cook: You will support the kitchen by cooking and broiling steaks and grilled entrees to guest satisfaction. You will serve as a lead person on the line and ensure adherence to recipes, specs, and quality standards, working closely with the Expeditor and kitchen staff.
Prerequisite: 1 year of restaurant kitchen experience.
Server: You will sell and serve food and beverages in the dining room and ensure hospitality and guest satisfaction at all times. You will be expected to perform duties in a pleasant, conscientious and professional manner.
Kitchen Manager: You will be responsible for food preparation, purchasing, receiving, inventory and internal controls, people management, sanitation, health & safety, and general administration. You should be functional in all stations in the kitchen and expeditor functions.
Prerequisite: Experience in quality commercial or retail cooking.
