Assistant Manager: You will help recruiting and developing the team of sales associates. You will ensure that the visual presentation of your store complies with the corporate standards of The ALDO Group. You will manage inventory and ensure loss prevention.

Prerequisite: 1 year of retail management experience.

Store Manager: You will recruit and develop a team of sales associates in your store. You will control operating costs and ensure that the best possible customer service is provided within your store.­­­­­­
