Job Positions & Salaries
Greeter: You will provide fantastic first impressions to the guests and set the tone for each guest’s dining experience. You will seat the guests promptly and answer their initial questions. You will assist the servers by delivering preparing food and beverages for the guests.
Server: You will provide prompt, courteous service to each guest. You should know the menu items thoroughly and be able to answer any guest questions. You will prepare beverages, salads and desserts when needed.
Line Cook: You will cook food of the highest quality for the guests. You should maintain a clean, safe and organized kitchen. You should also communicate with servers in case of any special guest orders or requests.
Buffet/Prep Attendant: You will be responsible for the freshness, temperature control, quality and rotation of each buffet item. You should possess knowledge about the menu and maintain the cleanliness of all restaurant areas.
Shift Leader: You will set the environment within the restaurant to achieve total guest dining satisfaction. You will manage and coach the Team, so that timely delivery of top-quality food is achieved at all times.
Prerequisite: High school diploma or GED.
