Sales Associate: You will be responsible for assisting in the execution of all operational and merchandising functions that occur within the store during your assigned shift. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service to every guest.

Prerequisite: High school diploma or equivalent. 6 months of retail experience.

Assistant Manager: You will be responsible for the execution of all operational, merchandising and managerial functions that occur within the store during your assigned shift. You will drive sales to achieve and exceed financial plan. You will assist the Store Manager in a variety of store operations.

Prerequisite: High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of retail experience.

Store Sales Manager: ­­­­­­You will be responsible for the overall management and execution of operational and management functions that are designed to maximize sales and profitability within your store location. You should act as a true business owner, being the leader of the employee team at the store. You will also recruit, interview and hire new employees in times of need.

Prerequisite: High school diploma or equivalent. 4 years of retail management experience. 2 years of experience as a Store Manager.
