Job Positions & Salaries
Food Runner: You will ensure that all orders served to the guests are accurate and follow Torchy’s food quality standards. You will be the liaison between the back and front of the house. You will double-check to-go orders, and label, date and fill pans correctly for all produced food items. You will keep your area stocked and clean.
Food Expeditor: You will verify tickets to food orders and double-check modifications. You will record and communicate ticket times. You will portion salsas on sheet pans as listed on the prep sheet, and record yields.
Prerequisite: 18 years of age.
Cook: You will fry items as they are ordered and produce line prep items as listed on the daily prep sheet according to Torchy’s standards and recipes.
Prerequisite: 18 years of age. Current food safety certification.
