Job Positions & Salaries
Team Member: You will perform food preparation and food service while maintaining a clean and pleasant dining environment for Taco Cabana guests. You will unload and stock food deliveries in the kitchen. You will have no supervisory responsibilities.
Shift/Team Leader: You will direct and supervise restaurant Team Members. You should ensure operational efficiency, product quality and optimum guest service at your Taco Cabana restaurant.
Prerequisite: 6 months of restaurant experience. High school diploma or GED.
Restaurant Manager: You will be responsible for the restaurant operations, the restaurant’s financial performance, Team Member development, customer satisfaction, quality standards, and sales & marketing. You need to provide a nice work environment for the employees and build up great relationships with your guests.
Prerequisite: 2 years of restaurant employment history. High school diploma or GED.
