Positions & Salaries
Kitchen Staff: You will work at the prep station, meat, cheese & finish station, soup and salad station, bakery, and/or at the parking lot. You will maintain a positive attitude and follow the direction of managers at all times.
Prerequisite: 18 years of age for operating certain kitchen equipment.
Baker: You will consistently produce a high-quality bakery product. You should be extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items. You will keep the workstation clean at all times. You will clean all dishes and pans (minimum 30 pans per day) throughout your shift.
Prerequisite: 18 years of age.
Team Leader: You will be responsible for assisting the Schlotzsky’s management team in all aspects of shift management to ensure successful operations, guest service and achievement of financial targets. You will ensure that team members stick to the company policies and work at their best to provide great guest service.
Prerequisite: 18 years of age. Proficiency and knowledge in procedures for all kitchen stations and guest service stations.
