Job Positions & Salaries
Clothing / Footware Sales Specialist: You will support customers by responding to product, membership and REI service questions, general inquiries and customer feedback. You will effectively help to prepare the store: maintain and stockwork areas making sure all items are accurately priced. You will work with store management, visual merchandising point person, and Sales Leads to maintain visual standards.
Prerequisite: Being knowledgeable of outdoor activities in the assigned department.
Bicycle Shop Technical Specialist: You will assemble, maintain and repair action sports equipment meeting REI and/or/vendor standards. You will assess customer needs and confirming service and product meets those needs. You will have to report significant quality and safety issues to the Master or Certified Technician. You will assist with maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean, secure and safe work environment.
Prerequisite: Bike maintenance and repair experience. Successful completion of certification required of the level the role, service advisor and any snow sports certifications required based on store assortment and customer need.
Stocking Equipment Operator: You will play a critical role at the Co-op by helping the REI product reach customers’ doors! You will support all areas of the Distribution Center including, but not limited to, the following areas: merchandise handling (picking and putting away), receiving, price marking, splitting, shipping, packaging specialized customer orders, handling cardboard and waste for team efficiency and the preparation and assembly of bicycles.
Prerequisite: Warehouse or relevant experience. Familiarity with working with computer systems and/or RF equipment. Experience using power equipment to safely process freight throughout the facility (current and valid driver’s license suffices).
